HOLIDAY ENTERTAINING MADE EASY
With the holiday season upon us, so is entertaining season! It’s the perfect time to get dressed up and put on some music, and catch up and enjoy each other’s company over drinks and really delicious food. While our gatherings may be a bit smaller this year, its a perfect opportunity to spend more time on the small details to make your intimate celebrations feel magical!
Enjoy this three-part Lunch + Learn series focused on holiday dishes for easy entertaining. Listen and learn during this first 2 hour workshop that will include a demonstration of delicious & easy holiday dishes with a twist, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients. Advanced tickets required.

What To Expect: Look forward to a fun and casual class led by visiting food stylist, Ellen Straine.
Class is 2 hours, and will be held in our La Estancia private dining room (assigned, family-style seating)
Class limited to 12 guests

Ellen has been a food stylist since 1993. She grows vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her backyard gardens that often appear in her work. Using her experience and culinary creativity, she has styled food for advertising, cookbooks, menus, magazines, billboards, television, social media, and packaging. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Jeff and their seven rescue dogs: Tootsie, Sparky, Stinkerbelle, Buddy, Wrigley, Angus, and Ozzy.

The health and well-being of our team and guests has always been, and continues to be, our number one priority. We are taking additional steps during our cooking classes to protect our staff and our guests.
Heightened sanitation and hand washing.
All staff outfitted in face masks and gloves.
Team members devoted to full time cleaning and sanitation of all high contact areas (door handles, tables, restrooms, etc.)
Partitions will be placed between separate parties.
Table spacing in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
Class size will be limited to 12, with no more than 4 guests at a table.
While we have modified our operations, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local and U.S. Government officials, to quickly adapt and take the appropriate precautions.
