An unforgettable dinner featuring the wines of Switchback Ridge, produce & products by Duncan’s Trading Co., Sphinx Date Ranch, Crow’s Dairy, Noble Bread and Hayden Flour Mill.

The evening will begin at 6pm with a champagne reception, followed by a 5-course dinner with wine pairings.

NOTE: Advanced ticket purchase required. Limited Seating for 55.

Two Wash Ranch Wine Marinated & Grilled Chicken with Rosemary served with Duncan’s Trading Co. turnips, carrots, onions and Hayden Flour Mills crispy polenta

THE WINES

2015 Merlot

Ripe aromas and flavors of red cherry and cassis coat the palate with a rich, round middle. A framework of soft tannin delivers a beautiful finish with hints of mocha. 

The nose is a spicy graphite and licorice, brown spice and red plum. The palate entry is a supple black cherry with a rich core of garrigue, violet and soft notes of integrated brown spices. Beautiful texture throughout. Drink 2018-2027.

  • Alcohol: 15.5%

2015 Petite Sirah

Opaque and inky in appearance; black fruit jelly and a hint of briar in the aroma. On the palate discover a flood of mouth-filling berry flavors and ample chewy tannin, followed by a finish that seems to go on for 30 minutes. You probably should chew this one!

The nose is a full, polished wild blackberry with perfume of cassis and white blossoms with notes of blue plum and date. The palate is polished carbonized blackberry, soaked black cherry with underlying blueberry and plum. Drink 2019-2032.

2015 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Intoxicating aromas of Bing cherry and black currant. Delicious mid-palate sweetness, gently gripping tannin, finishing with hints of espresso and vanilla bean. A thoroughly ripe vintage with great aging potential. 

The nose is a clove-like black fruit with cocoa, plum and blackberry tart. The palate is velvet-like Bakers chocolate, tarry blackberry and saturated plum. There is a beautiful wave of spice in the core followed by an impeccable finish of structured, polished black fruit. Drink 2018-2032.
